1. About VEYRA JET and Definitions VEYRA JET ("VEYRA JET," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website veyrajet.vip (the "Site"), a private jet seat and full-aircraft booking platform. VEYRA JET acts as a booking intermediary connecting customers with third-party aircraft operators. Flights listed on the Site are operated by licensed aircraft operators, not by VEYRA JET itself, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In these Terms: - "Empty-leg flight": a flight set by an aircraft operator in which the aircraft flies between two destinations. - "Shared flight": a flight on which individual seats can be booked. - "Full aircraft charter": a booking of all seats of the aircraft on an existing flight. - "Charter request": an inquiry to VEYRA JET to obtain an offer for a flight that is not published on the Site. - "Order approval": VEYRA JET's notice that the customer's order was received and approved by it. - "Flight approval": VEYRA JET's notice that the flight was approved to operate. - "Waiting list": a registration to receive a notice when a seat becomes available on a flight that has no available seats. 2. Acceptance of these Terms By creating an account, browsing flights, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. 3. Flights and Their Approval Every flight on the Site is subject to approval by VEYRA JET. An empty-leg flight will operate only with VEYRA JET's approval. Flight approval is not a commitment that the flight will operate. The operation of a flight depends on factors beyond VEYRA JET's control, including security conditions and war, weather, airspace restrictions, decisions of authorities and air traffic control, safety requirements and operator considerations. VEYRA JET does not commit that any flight will operate on its scheduled date, or at all. A flight is shown on the Site as available when seats can be ordered, and as full when no seats can be ordered, in which case the customer may join the waiting list. VEYRA JET may remove any flight from the Site at any time. Order approval is not flight approval. 4. Orders An order consists of choosing seats, providing the details of all passengers, payment, and approval by VEYRA JET. When an order is placed, seats are allocated temporarily, for the period shown in the ordering process, solely to complete payment. This allocation is not an order and does not bind VEYRA JET. An order is complete only when approved by VEYRA JET. VEYRA JET may decline an order, including due to unavailability, such as where the aircraft has been chartered in full by another customer. An order that is not paid on time will lapse. Any entitlement to a refund, to the extent one exists, is determined solely under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. 5. Payment The available payment methods are shown when ordering. Bank transfer is a payment made directly to VEYRA JET's bank account. The order is registered immediately and receives an order number. The customer must upload, in the order area, confirmation that the transfer was made. VEYRA JET verifies receipt of the funds manually, and only after verification does the order proceed to approval. Until then it is awaiting payment. The price shown is the flight price. Depending on the route and the countries of origin and destination, state taxes, airport fees and terminal fees may be added, and these apply to the customer in addition to the flight price. VEYRA JET never stores your full payment card details. 6. Waiting List Joining the waiting list is possible for a flight that has no available seats, free of charge. Joining the waiting list is not an order, does not grant a seat or any priority, and does not bind the customer or VEYRA JET. When a seat becomes available, a notice will be emailed to customers on the waiting list. The notice is information only. A seat is ordered through the regular ordering process and is subject to availability at that time. VEYRA JET determines, at its sole discretion, the order in which it contacts customers on the waiting list. 7. Adding Seats to an Existing Order A customer may request to add seats on the same flight to an existing order, subject to availability and to approval by VEYRA JET. The additional payment is determined by the seat price at the time of the request, and the details of the additional passengers must be provided. 8. Full Aircraft Charter and Charter Requests A full aircraft charter on an existing flight is an order of all seats at an overall price, and is subject to VEYRA JET's approval as stated above. A charter request is an inquiry for an offer only. It is not an order and does not bind either party. A commitment arises only once an offer, including its price and terms, has been approved by VEYRA JET in writing and paid in full. 9. Flights Without a Displayed Price or Time A flight whose price is not displayed cannot be ordered on the Site; to receive a price, contact VEYRA JET. For a flight shown with a date only, the departure time will be set later. 10. Baggage Each passenger may bring one trolley suitcase, hard or soft, unless the flight details state otherwise. Additional or larger baggage, and special equipment, require prior approval. Requests should be made to VEYRA JET on WhatsApp. Carrying an animal is possible by request only, with prior approval. Approval of baggage or of carrying an animal is subject to the aircraft's volume and weight limits and to the requirements of the operator and the authorities. VEYRA JET and the operator may refuse to carry baggage or an animal that was not approved or is not suitable. Dangerous goods and prohibited items may not be carried, and the customer is responsible for the contents of their baggage. 11. Passenger Information You must provide accurate passenger information (as detailed in the order form) for every passenger on an order. This information may be shared with the operating aircraft operator and relevant authorities as required for flight manifest, security, and customs purposes. Providing false information may result in cancellation of your order. 12. Cancellations and Refunds The right to cancel a transaction, the conditions, and any refund are governed solely by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. A cancellation notice can be sent through the "Cancel a transaction" link on the Site, or as detailed in that policy. 13. Flight Changes and Cancellations Flights may be delayed, changed, or cancelled by the operating aircraft operator or by VEYRA JET for operational, safety, security, weather, regulatory or other reasons. Such cases are handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. 14. Membership Credit Club members are entitled to a credit of 5% of the price of their first approved order, for use on their next order. The credit is applied automatically, is granted once per customer, and cannot be combined with another discount. VEYRA JET may refuse or cancel a credit in any case of misuse. 15. Information from Operators Flight details, prices and availability are provided by aircraft operators, are updated from time to time and may change. A flight may be withdrawn from sale at any time. Handling of an order affected by such a change will follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy. 16. Notices Notices regarding an order, payment, a change to a flight, and reminders are service messages and are sent to every customer. Marketing messages are sent only to customers who agreed to receive them, and each includes the ability to unsubscribe at any time. 17. Prohibited Use You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. 18. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of VEYRA JET or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. 19. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability VEYRA JET makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of flight listings but does not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. Flights are operated by third-party aircraft operators; VEYRA JET's liability is limited to its role as a booking intermediary, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 20. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel. 21. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown above. 22.
