Information We Collect - Account information: name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). - Passenger information: full name, date of birth, sex, nationality, country of residence, government ID or passport number, phone number, and email address for each passenger on a booking — required for flight manifest, security, and customs purposes. - Booking and payment information: flight selections, booking history, and payment method details processed by our payment providers (PayPal, bank transfer). We never store full card numbers. - Marketing preferences: whether you agreed to receive promotional email, when you agreed, and whether you confirmed your email address. - Technical information: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via cookies as described in Section 5 below. 3. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: create and manage your account; process and fulfil bookings; share required passenger manifest data with the operating aircraft operator and relevant authorities; send booking-related communications (confirmation, payment, cancellation, flight-change notices) by email and, where enabled, WhatsApp; process payments and refunds; and comply with legal obligations. We send promotional email (advertising) only if you agreed to receive it and have confirmed your email address; you can withdraw your consent at any time, using the link in every such email or from your account page. 4. Who We Share Information With We share information with: the aircraft operator for your booked flight (passenger manifest data only); our payment processors (PayPal) to process payments; our email provider (Resend) to send transactional emails; and our currency-conversion provider, solely to calculate prices in your selected currency. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. 5. Cookies We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Site to function (login sessions, security tokens) and functional cookies that remember your preferences (display language, display currency). We ask for your consent before using any cookie that is not strictly necessary, via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. 6. Data Retention We retain booking and passenger information for as long as necessary to fulfil the booking, comply with legal, tax, and aviation record-keeping obligations, and resolve any disputes. Records of orders placed are kept without a time limit. 7. Your Rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting veyrajet@gmail.com. If you have never placed an order, you can also delete your account yourself from your account page. We may be required to keep the records of orders you placed (see Section 6), so for an account with orders, contact us and we will handle your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with Israeli law. 8. International Data Transfers Some of our service providers (payment processors, email delivery, currency conversion) may process data outside Israel. We only work with providers that apply appropriate safeguards for personal data. 9. Children The Site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. 10. Security We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections, and storing passenger ID and passport numbers in encrypted form.
